Office London accepts Visa (except Visa Electron), Mastercard, Switch and Solo.
WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT
We will only debit your card when we dispatch your shoes to you.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Office London can now dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder.
We operate an address verification system for your security.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
HEEL HEIGHTS
Heel heights given are an approximate measurement taken from the inside of the heel and are a guide only.

All sizes are shown in UK sizes.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch your order in 5-6 working days.
UK: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Western Europe: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Rest of the world: Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Christmas orders
Want to receive your order before Christmas day? We recommend you place your order before December 16th. Whilst we can never absolutely guarantee a particular delivery date ordering before the 16th of December should ensure you receive that important Christmas gift before Christmas day.
Track your Christmas delivery
Please look out for the all-important dispatch confirmation email which we send to you as soon as your order is dispatched. The email includes a unique tracking code which you can use to track the status of your delivery.

Western Europe: £15.00
Rest of the world / Channel Islands: £25.00
Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Office.
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
UK: Your items are sent by UPS. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery.
International: Your items are sent either by Royal Mail International Signed For or UPS. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
STUDENT DISCOUNTS
Unfortunately Office London Mail Order does not run a student discount offer.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Office.co.uk wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the Items. For online purchases, we will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 28 days of dispatch, enclosing a copy of your invoice. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund which usually takes between 7 – 10 working days. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
Footwear Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your unworn/unused footwear, please send along with your invoice to:

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into any Office store, where they will be happy to return the goods to us on your behalf, free of charge.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns to the mail order department must be posted and cannot be accepted in person.
VALIDATION CHECKS
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Office will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the www.office.co.uk website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
