Office London accepts Visa (except Visa Electron), Mastercard, Switch and Solo.
WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT
We will only debit your card when we dispatch your shoes to you.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Office London can now dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder.
We operate an address verification system for your security.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

Heel heights given are an approximate measurement taken from the inside of the heel and are a guide only.

All sizes are shown in UK sizes.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch your order in 5-6 working days.
UK: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Western Europe: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Rest of the world: Please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Office.
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
UK: Your items are sent by UPS. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery.
International: Your items are sent by UPS. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
STUDENT DISCOUNTS
Unfortunately Office London Mail Order does not run a student discount offer.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 28 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into any Office store, where they will be happy to return the goods to us on your behalf, free of charge.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.
